Why has ThermoPro changed its name to TempPro?
We’ve rebranded to TempPro to better reflect our commitment to providing professional-grade temperature and humidity monitoring solutions. While our brand name and logo have evolved, our team, product quality, and mission to help you cook and live better remain the same.
What happened to our old official website “buythermopro.com”?

We have officially migrated from our previous domain (https://buythermopro.com), to our new website (https://temppro.com/). This change was made to provide a more streamlined and improved shopping experience for our customers.

If you visit the old website, you will be automatically redirected to the new site within seconds.

For the best experience, we recommend updating your bookmarks to our new official domain: https://temppro.com/.

Can I still log in with my old ThermoPro account?

Yes. Your login credentials, order history, and saved addresses have been securely migrated to https://temppro.com/. You don’t need to create a new account.

Is my ThermoPro product warranty still valid under TempPro?
Yes, your warranty remains fully valid. Whether your product is labeled ThermoPro or TempPro, we continue to honor all warranty commitments. Our customer service team is ready to assist you under the new brand name.
Will the products I receive have the ThermoPro or TempPro logo?
During this transition, you may receive packaging or products featuring either the ThermoPro or TempPro logo. Rest assured, they are the same high-quality products manufactured to our strict standards.
Do I need to download a new app for my smart thermometers?
For now, please continue using your existing app. We will notify you via app updates if any changes occur during our brand integration.
Do I need to resubscribe to emails after the domain change?
No, you do not need to resubscribe. If you previously subscribed to emails on our old website, your subscription has been automatically transferred to our new domain. You will continue to receive emails from us without any interruption.

Shipping
How will my order be shipped?
We have three main shipping providers, USPS, Fedex and UPS. For small items, we will most likely use USPS. For standard shipping, we will also use USPS but for expedited and priority shipping, we will either use UPS or Fedex..
How long does it for my package to arrive?

We offer various shipping speeds. Standard 3-5 business days, Expedited 2 Day and Priority 1 Day.

Please keep in mind, if you were to order an item on January 18th with 2 Day shipping, this package won’t arrive until January 20th, as it won’t leave until January 19th.

TempPro distributes from various warehouses around North America and elsewhere to ensure the best shipping times possible for our valued customers.
